Watch Mise read two messy years of a restaurant in Como
On 14 October 2026 we used Mise on this live site the way an owner would: invented test data for a 35-seat restaurant in Como, kept as messily as real owners keep it. Here is everything that happened, including what Mise got wrong first.
1. The owner's files, as they were
The till's export: 22,198 lines, with semicolons, comma decimals and a cover-charge line (coperto) for every service.

3. Tomorrow's dinner, forecast in 58 seconds
Mise started from the season: October Thursdays averaged 25, 26 and 27 covers in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and this year runs 6% ahead, which gives 27. Its forecast for Thursday 15 October: 30 covers. The live searches found two shows at the Teatro Sociale and a concert in town that night.

4. What Mise got wrong first, and fixed the same evening
- Its first forecast said 33 covers: it followed the summer weeks. It now starts from the season.
- It showed a restaurant in Italy its numbers in dollars. It now reads the country in any language.
- A busy shared search key refused its world search, and it reported "no news". It now retries, and a failed search says so.
Invented test data. A real run on agenticmise.com on 14 October 2026, between 18:19 and 19:00 Italian time. Weather, events and news came from live searches that evening and link to their sources.

A warning comes before you run out.
When two credits are left, one email tells you, once. You can top up before a busy weekend, not during it.
The prediction sits next to what happened.
When covers for a past service come in, the dashboard sets them beside the brief's number, so you can see how close it was.
Brief emails have their own switch.
Each new brief can come to you by email. One switch on the Billing page turns just those off, and receipts still arrive.
